Awarded to an outstanding member of the graduating class who has completed either the College Programme in the Humanities, Major Programme in Music History and Literature, or the Specialist Programme in the Arts.

Orthodontic Prize
An anonymous donor has generously provided for the annual award of a selected dental textbook to the most outstanding student in the subject of clinical Orthodontics. First awarded in 1959.
Oscar J. Marshall Scholarship
Awarded to a student in Third Year, Full time, in the Department of Civil Engineering who has obtained the highest academic standing in the Survey Camp course.
Oscar Yolles Bursary in Jewish Studies UTAPS
This award is disbursed as part of the University of Toronto Financial Aid (UTAPS program). Financial Need Criteria: Awarded to a student on the basis of demonstrated financial need, as is required by the Boundless Promise Program Academic Criteria: Undergraduate students at the Faculty of Arts & Science enrolled in a minor/major or specialist program at the Centre for Jewish Studies
OSOTF II-Worts Lennox Smart Scholarship Fund UTAPS
This award is disbursed as part of the University of Toronto Financial Aid (UTAPS program). To be awarded to University of Toronto students on the basis of financial need.
OSOTF Joint Initative in German and European Studies Student Fellowships and Travel Awards
Awarded to a student studying in German and European studies. Financial need must be considered. Academic merit will also be considered.
OSOTF-Brian Mulroney Award
Awarded to a student who, among the eligible students has received the highest mark in International students Economics Institutions and Policy, Critical Issues in Canadian History, or Canadian Government and Politics course at the end of second year. Financial need must be considered, academic merit will also be considered.
Ostrom and Pauley Scholarship
The Estate of Marjorie Grace Pauley has provided for a scholarship to be awarded to the student in the Doctor of Pharmacy program who obtains the highest standing in First Class Honours, and who has received no award of greater value.
Otegbade Scholarship for Students from Africa
Awarded to a student from Africa with preference for students who have shown a marked and consistent improvement from one academic year to the next, and for students actively involved in Skule activities including International students student clubs and associations
Otto Holden Scholarship
Awarded to a student completing Fourth Year in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Honours, and who obtains the highest aggregate mark in hydraulic engineering subjects in the Third and Fourth Years.
