Scholarships

Sidney Kadish (Class of 5T7) and friends established this award to help a student from Northern Ontario pursue a career in pharmacy with the intent that this may inspire the recipient to practice pharmacy in Northern Ontario. Therefore, the bursary will be awarded to Doctor of Pharmacy students from North Bay, or villages, towns or cities north of North Bay, who demonstrate financial need and/or to be awarded to pharmacy students to cover additional expenses associated with completing their practice rotations in Northern Ontario. Information on application procedures will be provided to Doctor of Pharmacy students via e-mail in late September.

To be awarded to a student who in the opinion of the Department of Ophthalmology has excelled in the field of Ophthalmology. To be awarded to a student in the final year of medicine

Awarded to an outstanding student in a Specialist or a double Major program in environmental studies with an A average in third year. The recipient will be selected by the School of the Environment and the Department of Geography.

To be awarded to first-year undergraduate students at the University of Toronto in good academic standing. Recipients will have demonstrated strong leadership based on her/his participation in extracurricular activities.

To be awarded to a part-time student registered at Woodsworth College who demonstrates financial need with preference given to sole-support parents.

Awarded to a outstanding student in a program offered by the Department of East Asian Studies that includes at least two full course equivalents in East Asian Studies with an overall A average.

To be awarded to (a) Full time, undergraduate student(s) at the Faculty of Law on the basis of financial need.

The Silver V Award marks outstanding cumulative contribution over the recipient???s time at Victoria. Ideally the nominees will be well-rounded students who have distinguished themselves in any number of areas of campus life over the entire course of their time at Victoria.

Awarded to a student who has completed First Year with high standing.

To be awarded to a Black woman accepted into the first year of law school who shows dedication to the pursuit of excellence.
