The Sophie Harnick Memorial Prize
To be awarded to a student upon completion of the fourth medical year who has shown the greatest human understanding and responsibility for the welfare and health of patients. Nominations for the award will be obtained from the Undergraduate Education Committee, Department of Family & Community Medicine.
The Spanish Prizes
Awarded to students enrolled in a Specialist or Major program offered by the Department of Spanish and Portuguese who have completed: SPA220Y1, SPA320Y1, SPA420H1.
The Stefan Stykolt Scholarship in Economic Theory
Awarded to a student with an overall 'A' average who is in a Specialist or Major program in Economics and who has completed ECO200Y or 204Y or 206Y and ECO202Y or 208Y or 209Y in his/her 2nd year.
The Stephen Simm Bursary Fund
To be awarded to students in need of financial assistance either in the summer or winter session.
The Susan and Murray Armitage Scholarship I
Awarded to Victoria College students in First Year who have achieved excellence during the course of their academic pursuits. Financial need may be taken into consideration.
The Susan and Murray Armitage Scholarship II
Awarded to Victoria College students in Second Year who have achieved excellence during the course of their academic pursuits. Financial need may be taken into consideration.
The Susan and Murray Armitage Scholarship III
Awarded to Victoria College students in Third Year who have achieved excellence during the course of their academic pursuits. Financial need may be taken into consideration.
The Suzanne and Edwin Goodman Prize
Awarded to a fourth year graduating student who has attained the highest academic standing in the Specialist Program in Political Science with preference to a student with an A average.
The Sydney Frank Buckland Memorial Scholarships
1) Awarded to a Full time first year student judged to be the outstanding history student in his/her year in a course offered by the Department of History among those achieving an overall A standing. 2) Awarded to a Full time student in each of second, third and fourth year judged to be the outstanding History student among those achieving an overall A standing who includes at least two History courses in his/her program.
