Scholarships

To be awarded to Full time University of Toronto students on the basis of financial need. Academic merit will also be considered. Eligible students will have completed at least 4.0 credits and be returning to undergraduate study in the upcoming Fall/Winter academic year within the University of Toronto. Applicants must submit for adjudication a piece of original work, demonstrating their ability to discuss Hungarian themes in relation to their area of study. Letters of reference and a transcript may be required.

Michael Hunter is a graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Current studentsly is owner of Hunter's Pharmacy Ltd. in Windsor, Ontario. He establish an award which is to be given to the student in Year 2 of the Doctor of Pharmacy program who achieves the highest final grade in PHM241H1 Topics in Pharmaceutical Quality and Clinical Laboratory Medicine (i.e., a course that requires demonstration of compounding skills), and has not received an award of greater value.

Awarded to undergraduate and/or graduate students in the Hungarian Studies Program wishing to take advantage of exchange and/or study abroad opportunities. Academic merit and financial need will be considered.

Awarded to Victoria College students achieving excellence in the course of their studies in First Year.

Awarded to Victoria College students achieving excellence in the course of their studies in Second Year.

Awarded to Victoria College students achieving excellence in the course of their studies in Third Year.

Awarded to student(s) in the Department of Physics upon completion of third and fourth year. The award will be provided in equal amounts per course to six or more full time students with the highest marks in each of the six courses: PHY354: Advanced Classical Mechanics PHY356: Quantum Mechanics I PHY450: Advanced Electrodynamics PHY452: Basic Statistical Mechanics PHY456: Quantum Mechanics II PHY460: Nonlinear PhysicsAwarded to student(s) in the Department of Physics upon completion of third and fourth year. Awarded annually to a student entering First Year of Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (alternated annually between the two programs) on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Academic merit will also be considered.

To assist students in financial need, by way of bursaries and/or loans.

On the recommendation of the Department of Language Studies, to be awarded to UTM undergraduate students enrolled in a Study in Florence Program, on the basis of academic merit. Preference to be given to students with financial need.
