Jean & Carl Hall Award UTAPS

This award is disbursed as part of the University of Toronto Financial Aid (UTAPS program). To be awarded to (a) Full time, undergraduate student(s) at the University of Toronto based on financial need and who are in good academic standing. Recipient must be undergraduate students enrolled toward the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree or enrolled within on the following professional schools or faculties: Applied Science & Engineering, Architecture, Dentistry, Forestry, Law, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy or the Rotman School of Management.

Jean and Laura Hiivala ECE Undergraduate Award UTAPS

This award is disbursed as part of the University of Toronto Financial Aid (UTAPS program). To be awarded to (a) Full time undergraduate student(s) in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto on the basis of financial need. Preference will be given to students in the Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering.

Jean Mclean Bursary UTAPS

This award is disbursed as part of the University of Toronto Financial Aid (UTAPS program). To be used annually to assist a first year student.

Jean Wallace Memorial Scholarship

Admission
Ontario Deadline: Not available Full time
Awarded to one (or two) students entering First Year of Materials Engineering on the basis of financial need. Academic achievement and demonstrated leadership qualities through both school and community involvement will also be considered. If no suitable candidate is found at the admissions level, the award may be granted to a student completing Year 1 of the Materials Engineering program based on the same criteria.

Jeanette Mednick Memorial Scholarship

The family of Jeanette Mednick (nee Danilack), son Howard, and daughters Joanne Myles and Adrienne Yamaguchi, have established this scholarship in memory of their mother who graduated from the Ontario College of Pharmacy in 1946. This scholarship is to recognize the pursuit of academic excellence, as characterized by Mrs. Mednick, and will be allocated to the student in Year 3 of the Doctor of Pharmacy program who also receives the Parke Medal (for having the highest standing in First Class Honours at the annual examinations of Third Year). Jeanette Mednick was one of the earliest recipients of this medal and it is her family???s wish that this medal continue to be awarded. Therefore, this scholarship will subsidize the Parke Medal fund and will also provide a monetary award.
