John J Sebisty Scholarship

Established by the estate of Helen M Sebisty, to recognize academic achievement of SMC students in Sciences and Mathematics. Awarded to SMC math student and one SMC science student who qualify at the end of the fall-winter session or at the end of the summer session in which they complete their 5th, 10th, or 15th credit with an annual grade point average of 3.70 or greater.

John Karl Hergovich Memorial Scholarship

John Macara, Barrister of Goderich, Scholarships

One admission scholarship to be awarded to a student entering any undergraduate program on the basis of achievement in the Ontario secondary school examinations. One or more in-course scholarships to be awarded to students registered in any undergraduate program on the basis of academic achievement. In awarding the in-course scholarship, preference will be given to previous winners of the John Macara Admission Scholarships. Preference will be given to students who can establish that they are blood kin of the late Mrs. Jean Glasgow.
