To be awarded on the basis of academic merit to a 2nd , 3rd , or 4th year Computer Engineering student who has completed Track One. If a suitable candidate cannot be identified in any given year, it is to be awarded to a student in another Engineering program who has completed Track One, with a preference for the Mineral Engineering program.
