Awarded to an outstanding, fourth year graduating, full or part-time, student in a Specialist, joint Specialist or Major Program in Sociology with an 'A' average. Winner must enrol in a graduate programme in Sociology during the upcoming academic year at U of T or another institution satisfactory to the Department
