Awards will be made on the basis of financial need demonstrated through the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) or on the basis of information provided by an individual on the award application. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) students from all U of T campuses, faculties, colleges and programs will be eligible, with no preference given to those enrolled in the Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies programs or courses.

- Criteria
- The awards will be administered by the Centre for Sexual Diversity Studies at University College in accordance with the University???s Policy on Student Awards and decisions about allocation will be made by its Student Awards Committee. Although the primary consideration will be financial need, the Committee will also consider other factors such as outstanding volunteer contributions on or off campus aimed at increasing acceptance of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgendered people, as well as academic achievement. Awards are variable in number and value.
