Awarded to an undergraduate student entering Full time studies in Year 1 on the basis of financial need. Academic merit will also be considered. The student must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident prior to enrolling at the University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM).

- The Award is renewable for three more years, provided that the recipient remains in Full time studies at the University of Toronto Mississauga, and maintains a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0, and participates in on-campus or off-campus volunteer activities, which demonstrate service and giving back to the community.
