Scholarships

To be awarded to a Full time, undergraduate student(s) entering their third or fourth year at UTSC, who has selected a major or specialist program in Media Studies, Joint Program in New Media Studies, Studio, and/or Arts Management. Candidates will be considered on academic achievement, and potential to utilize digital media to publicize, produce, distribute and possibly commercialize their work. Such work might include, but is not limited to, new media arts, paintings, collage, sculpture, photography, film, drawings, and music. Such work shall not include promotion of anti-ethnic, anti-Semitic, or anti-Israel messaging or images.

To be awarded to a student in the first year on the basis of the candidate's premedical work and need for financial assistance.

To be awarded to a violinist enrolled in the Bachelor of Music in Performance or the Artist Diploma.

Awarded to a student with high standing in a Second Year who is enrolled in a Specialist or Major Program in English or Drama and who has demonstrated financial need.

Awarded annually to a gifted student of Choral music.

Awarded to Victoria College students in First Year who achieve excellence during the course of their studies.

Awarded to Victoria College students in Second Year who achieve excellence during the course of their studies.

Awarded to Victoria College students in Third Year who achieve excellence during the course of their studies.

Awarded to a Full time student entering the third year of a physical sciences program on the basis of excellent achievement in ASTA01H, ASTA02H and one B or C level course in Astronomy.

1. Awarded to a Full time or part-time first year UTM student who has obtained the highest grade A standing in AST101H, Erindale, and who has obtained at least a 3.0 Sessional Grade Point Average in first year. 2. Awarded to a Full time or part-time first year UTM student who has obtained the highest grade A standing in AST110H, and who has obtained at least a 3.0 Sessional Grade Point Average in first year. 3. Awarded to a Full time or part-time first or second year UTM student who has obtained the highest grade A standing in AST201H, Erindale. A Full time student must have at least a 3.0 Sessional Grade Point Average in Current students year. A part-time student must have at least a 3.0 CGPA.
