Fred Reilly Award
Awarded to a graduating student of Victoria College who is not necessarily planning to attend graduate school, but who after graduation plans to develop a product or procedure, preferably of an environmental or humanitarian nature. Such a student will have an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in innovation and invention. Financial need may be taken into consideration. An application is required.
Fred Schaeffer Scholarship in Civil Engineering
Awarded to a student entering first year of Civil Engineering on the basis of financial need and high academic merit
Fred W. Teare Memorial Scholarship
Family and friends of the late Fred W. Teare established this scholarship in his honour and memory. Dr. Teare was a member of the professorial staff of the Faculty from 1957 to his retirement in 1990. He taught in the area of instrumental analysis, analytical and clinical toxicology, and radiopharmacy. He was an active member of many committees within the Faculty, and professional organizations.
Freda M Eickmeyer Bursary
Awarded to Victoria College students with demonstrated financial need to provide the opportunity to live in residence with preference given to residence in Annesley Hall.
Frederic Davidson Writing Awards
Established in 1948 in memory of Professor Frederic Davidson (UC ???90), the Frederic Davidson Competition offers one prize of $2,000, one of $1,000, and one of $500 annually to any undergraduate student registered at UC, or whose submission is linked to work in a UC program or affiliated Centre, for any type of academic essay. Preference will be given to essays on English or French literature.
Frederick G. Gardiner Scholarship in Economics and Political Science
Awarded to an outstanding student (based on academic performance in third year), enrolled in two of the following Specialists and/or Majors: Economics, Political Science, Public Policy.
Frederick Ivor Case Memorial Award
In-course award for one or more students enrolled at New College. Eligible applicants will demonstrate financial need based on OTSS criteria. Preference will be given to students enrolled in the African or Caribbean Studies Programs, and/or who demonstrate a special interest in African- and/or Caribbean-French languages and literatures
Frederick Langford Scholarship
Awarded to the student achieving highest standing in a "practicum" in Homiletics.
Frederick Malcolm Croggon Opera Scholarship
To be awarded to a gifted student enrolled in the Undergraduate/Graduate Opera program.
