The Golden Gloves of America is an organization that hosts annually amateur boxing competitions across the United States, awarding winners with a belt and a ring along with the title of national champion. With a history dating back to 1923, the organization has grown to include 30 franchises, engaging in local, regional, and national tournaments. Many legendary boxers, such as Joe Louis, Muhammad Ali, and Joe Frazier, began their careers in the Golden Gloves competitions.
