Awarded to New College students, Full time or part-time, on the basis of financial need. Academic merit will also be considered. At least one award shall be made to a graduating student. Must also adhere to the conditions of OTSS. Students are automatically considered for this award in September. Selection based on academic results from the previous fall/winter session.
