The Elizabeth and Tony Comper/BMO National Scholar In any year when no National Scholars select St. Michael?s as their college, one of the BMO National Scholars whose program of study is preferably either English or Commerce will be designated the Elizabeth and Tony Comper/BMO National Scholar.

- They will hold this designation for the four years of their National Scholarship term. If no National Scholar meets these preferred conditions, any other National Scholar may be designated the Elizabeth and Tony Comper/BMO National Scholar.
