Gift from the grandchildren of William and Sheila Cowan (UC???41). To be awarded to second, third and fourth year students enrolled in the Humanities, with preference given to those majoring or specializing in History, and further preference to students who have served in the Canadian Armed Forces, especially combat veterans or students who are their spouses, children or siblings.
